• Provide educational information to patients and caregivers on various topics within IBD that address and promote effective partnering with their healthcare team, and access to quality IBD care.

• Deliver patient resources in an engaging and supportive format that features interactivity with Foundation resources.

• Improve patient and caregiver knowledge with potential attitude and behavior changes for more effective partnering with their healthcare team.
