1 / COVID-19 Related Safety Protocols

Vaccine and COVID-19 Testing:  Each guest must provide, upon entry to the program, written or electronic proof of a COVID-19 vaccination completed at least 14 days prior to the program. Unfortunately, guests who fail to present proof of immunization, will not be allowed to participate in our program. Those who arrive day-of and intend to register onsite, will also need to show the aforementioned verification. Instructions for verification day of the program, you may do any of the following options:

  • Show physical vaccination card;

  • Show a picture of your verification card;

  • Show vaccination proof from a federal, state, or verification software

Additional Safety Protocols:

 

  • Voluntary mask wearing during the conference

  • Please practice social distancing whenever possible

  • Frequent cleaning & sanitizing of guest space will be provided

  • Contactless interactions are encouraged when possible

  • Enhanced deep cleaning & sanitization of objects that are frequently touched will be provided

  • Hand sanitizing stations available throughout the hotel event space

The Mid-Atlantic Regional Patient & Caregiver Education Conference is being held at the New York Marriott Marquis located at 1535 Broadway; New York, New York 10036.

5 / Refreshments

A continental breakfast and a lunch buffet will be made available during the conference day. We do our best to accommodate various nutritional needs of our guests. However, guests are welcome to bring their own meals/snacks for the day if they are uncertain our refreshments will meet their needs.

Photographs and/or video will be taken at this program. By attending this program, you grant full permission to the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation for the free use of your picture and voice in any broadcast, telecast, print account or any other account in any medium of this event, and acknowledge that the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation does hereby have the unrestrained right in perpetuity to own, utilize, or alter any such pictures or video of me, in any manner it may see fit and for any purpose whatsoever.
